An essential component of Alumasc's Skyline coping range, this durable Aluminium Stopend Upstand in Black is designed for fixing where the coping meets a wall. By installing the stopend upstand at an adjoining wall, you can conveniently create a weathertight seal while preserving the integrity of the wall and the coping. This also prolongs the life span while minimising weathering over time. Designed to suit a wall thickness of 571-600mm.
Each eco-friendly, long-lasting stopend upstand is made from 100% recycled aluminium and comes with a fixing strap for a smart, simple installation, that allows ventilation over the wall and avoids penetration of the capping.
Polyester powder coated in-house at Alumasc, this product is suitable for use with upstanding parapets or flat or pitched roofs and makes for a highly versatile, professional solution. And it can last up to 40 years in rural or suburban areas and up to 25 years in industrial or marine areas.
